Manning Point is uniquely located on a long, sandy spit between the beach and ocean to the east and the Manning River to the west.
The town of Manning Point is still reminiscent of a quaint, coastal fishing village with the main street hugging the edge of the Manning River. Only a short walk from BIG4 Manning Point Holiday Park is the town where you can enjoy lunch at the bowling club or cast a line from one of the jetties dotting the banks of the river. Enjoy the chilled coastal vibes or venture further afield to discover some of the other treasures of the Mid North Coast.

Manning Point Beach starts from the entrance of the Manning River and extends south for about 10 kilometres. From the park is a short stroll through the sandy paths, dunes and coastal vegetation. There is four-wheel drive access onto the beach.
Mitchells Island is the largest of the islands on the Manning River at approximately 130 sqm. Originally comprising large dairy farms, only one farm remains and Mitchells Island now consists of rainforest where you can spot koalas, echidnas, and wallabies.
Cast a line and snag the ‘catch of the day’ on the Manning River or from the sand of Manning Point Beach. Or grab a Kayak or canoe and make your way along the Manning River. If water-skiing is more your vibe then you'll have a blast too.

We are dog friendly, however dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are only permitted in dog friendly cabins.
We have one specialty built cabin with ramp access and easy access bathroom. One of our amenities blocks allows for disabled access and there is also a wheelchair ramp to the office.
Yes, our guests are able to access free wifi in specific areas throughout the park.
Our reception hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Sunday.
No problems! We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If you’ll be arriving after-hours, please contact reception beforehand so that they can make arrangements for you.
